About Me

I am a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and am a longstanding member of The Pyramus and Thisbe Club, which was founded in 1974 as the foremost organisation for construction professionals with a particular interest in The Party Wall etc Act 1996, and for promoting excellence in party wall matters

I am primarily appointed by building owners and adjoining owners in London, Surrey and Sussex, but have also been appointed by building owners in Liverpool, Manchester and Bristol. On average I deal with approximately fifty awards a year.
